We get many requests for humidors but only have a very limited number of donations in which to give. Please understand that as much as we'd love to, we simply can not fulfill every request at this time.

In order to be eligible to receive a humidor donation from Humidors For Heroes you MUST meet the following requirements:

1. You must be an American Service Man or Woman and in a combat zone (air, land or sea), on long term deployments OCONUS in 3rd World environments or stationed in other appropriate Areas of Operations.
2. You must complete our Request form in full. This includes providing your name, complete USPS mailing address, telling us about yourself and how you'd use your new humidor, as well as upload a photo of yourself and/or fellow soldiers enjoying a cigar.
3. Do not submit more then one Request form. Do not submit a Request form if anyone else from your company has done so. Please understand that our review and approval process can take up to several months. We appreciate your patience.
4. If you are selected to receive a humidor, we will ship it to you by USPS at 100% no cost. We are unable to reship due to incorrect addresses - please make sure your mailing address is correct.
5. Share our site and Humidors for Heroes - we need all the help we can get to spread the word about our organization and charitable service.
6. If you are selected to receive a free humidor you must submit a follow-up photo and testimonial on our Facebook page or by email. We'll use these images and testimonials for promotional purposes to help spread the word about Humidors For Heroes.

All photos, testimonials and images submitted to Humidors For Heroes are released from copyright by the uploader and may be used by Humidors For Heroes on their site and social media pages for promotional and marketing purposes.
